Timberland Dr.

Masonry Project 2016

This 1970’s era pool was turned into an outdoor oasis allowing these homeowners to spend more time with their children and grandchildren.  The existing pool coping and brick pool surround was removed and new gas lines were installed for an outdoor fire pit as well as a pool heater.  New Unilock bullnose pool coping was installed along with new Unilock Brussels Block pavers with a Unilock Copthorne inlay.

Seating walls featuring a Copthorne accent were installed with an emphasis on ecstatic and functionality.  An expansive paver area featuring a custom water feature was created to ensure adequate room for family gatherings or just relaxing by the pool.  Mature plants were then selected to make this outdoor living space feel like it has been here for years.

Pine Hill Farm

Construction Project 2016

With the longing desire to spend more time outside these homeowners were looking to create an outdoor living space that blended naturally into its surroundings.

Bluestone slabs were laid in a running bond pattern which was intersected by a large circle of natural clay pavers in a herringbone pattern with a substantial running bond border.  The area was further defined by a square granite fire pit that was set prominently in the center of the circle.

Natural stone seating walls were used to accent the space as well increase its functionality.

The houses existing exterior chimney was veneered with natural stone matching the seating walls blending the two areas together.

Large boulders taken from the property were strategically placed around the patio to make this outdoor living space feel as though it was always intended to be here.

The entryway of this house was redesigned using a combination of natural stone veneer and bluestone to give it a timeless look with a more modern layout.

Bridle Dr.

Construction Project 2017

This pool was surrounded by thirty-foot-tall pine trees that were naturally thinning on the bottom and blocking most of the days sun. With increasing concerns for their privacy these homeowners decided to remove them and install a new screen planting that would better suit their needs. Forty twelve-foot-tall Arborvitaes were installed around the pool to create an instant screening, so these homeowners could enjoy immediate privacy. The existing grass areas around the pool were removed and new sod was installed.
